At SignGig LED, our attendance at the ISA Sign Expo in
Orlando, FL was to basically mix and mingle with the sign industry. We had a great time walking around
and visiting booths to see what the up and coming trends were in the sign industry, pick up some freebie things and just have fun!
We had some luck as well by stumbling upon the ISA Rocks party at BBKings. While there, I experienced the longest men's restroom line in the history of, well...pretty much ever! Great for the women there was no line, yeah baby!
There were so many booths featuring products from every nook and cranny of the industry. From crane trucks and CNC routers, to LED lighting and printers that print directly onto fabric and even back-lit parrot images!
There was something to offer everyone in the sign industry. Including the guy from the Guinness Book of World Records...who would have thought you could break a world record by naming logos at a Sign Expo????? Anyhow, Tony was star struck, nonetheless.
There were some pretty amazing things to see. But, one booth that stuck out to me and was my absolute
favorite this year, was the LexJet booth. I’m not involved in the printing
industry, but their booth was fun and imaginative. With a carnival theme, popcorn
and cotton candy favors, they really brought imagination to the floor in the
form of what you can do with their products.
